We are so delighted to tell you about a brilliant British designer whose name is on the lips of every fashion-forward bride in the UK… Introducing – Kate Beaumont!
Kate lives and works in Sheffield, South Yorkshire and is best known for her vintage-inspired gowns and separates – minimal, contemporary but versatile designs that are both youthful and celebratory, figure flattering and unstructured; ethereal but edgy. What a joy to talk about the buzz that surrounds this homegrown designer, whose highly skilled team of makers work hard to maintain the high quality and craftsmanship of the collection.
Kate is completely committed to sustainability and minimising waste in her workshop so this year she had the brilliant idea of launching a beautiful range of luxury lingerie and nightwear, using the offcuts of fabric used for her dresses. Not only ethical but luxurious and perfectly befitting of the star of the show (you!), these pieces are the perfect gift for your wedding – from you, to you!
What we really love about Kate Beautmont and what enables us to call her ‘fashion forward’ is her focus on current trends like coloured dresses, features like sleeves, which are all the rage, and her selection of separates, which make her creations even more versatile and appealing.
